The Hater Nation thinks “something seems different about the current stadium proposal from Roski. It looks like it just might work… The stadium itself is kind of ingenious. Part of the stadium will be built into a hillside, decreasing construction cost, along with all of the luxury and press boxes being housed on one side making construction a lot easier.”

Excerpt: Ed Roski has been to the bottom of the Atlantic in a Russian submarine to view the wreckage of the Titanic. He's ridden his mountain bike the entire length of the Burma Road. He's climbed to base camp at Mt. Everest and has paid his deposit to travel commercially into space.
But his latest undertaking is his wildest, most improbable yet. He wants to bring the NFL back to Los Angeles...
Roski says he can get started almost immediately on his NFL stadium, something that separates his concept from the dozens of failed ones that came before it. His environmental impact report is done. The stadium would be surrounded by a high-end shopping mall, and located on a vacant property which Roski already owns.
"We've spent the last year designing a football stadium that is ideally suited for the Southern California marketplace that will be a part of a major entertainment, retail and office development," Semcken told The Associated Press.
"We want to take all of the uncertainty out of this stadium situation." ...
